Returns/exchanges are evaluated case by case. To be considered:

• Your request must be submitted within 2 days after you receive your order.
• The product must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt/proof of purchase.

Eligible scenarios include: receiving a different product than ordered, clear manufacturing damage, or damage caused by improper handling during shipping by the courier (in this case, we cover the logistics cost of return and replacement).

Refunds: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Promotional/discounted items are not refundable unless they meet the eligible scenarios above.

For order cancellations, the held amount on debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) and payment processors (OPENPAY, PayPal, Stripe) may be released by your bank within up to 30 days after you receive the cancellation confirmation email; timing can vary according to each bank’s policies.
